Each month you will delight in receiving a kit to make 2 pieced blocks, detailed instructions, and a enjoy learning historical facts on your block from noted quilt historian, Barbara Brackman. This block-of-the-month will feature a lovely variety of current fabrics in 100% cotton designer fabrics. Blocks include traditional piecing (machine or hand) that is great for beginner on up. This is a great series for learning or tuning up your skills with a variety of blocks! (size: two 9" finished blocks each month).

 

You have the option to purchase the finishing kit and/or other options to coordinate with your blocks and create quilt that is timeless from season to season - these finishing kits are limited, so be sure to purchase this option now.
Our optional finishing kit is available for a limited time and will be shipped when you place your order. This coordinating finishing kit will feature a lovely creamy paisley along with tan print accents and will coordinate nicely with the pieced monthly block kits. The twelve nine-patch blocks (also included with the finishing kit) will feature a blue floral print and tan accents to coordinate with the the individual block kits and the finishing kit. Please note that you will need to order this at the time of your initial order to ensure availability. The finishing kits include detailed instructions and all fabric to finish the top of the quilt including double nine-patch blocks, background triangles to set blocks, and borders. (size: 76 x 89 in.)
